|

The Situational Leadership model is the most widely used
leadership system in the world, having produced over 10 million managers with the tools needed to lead effectively in this complex world.
It has been used in major corporations such as IBM, Xerox, FedEx and General Motors.
The Situational Leadership system is for managers,
supervisors, facilitators, coaches and everyone involved in the challenging role of influencing others.
The Core Situational Leadership course runs over two days and is aimed at participants who want to fully understand and apply the Situational Leadership process. The popular Twelve O’clock High allows the participant to apply the model by applying on the movie classic as a case study.

style types (and includes how to recognise them and start to apply each style in different circumstances). DJA will show you how to:
